Terms & Conditions
- Our services are provided only after paying half the mount or the whole amount. Half the mount is paid when the value of the deal reaches 1000$. Half of the amount is paid and the other half is paid before delivery.
- In case of requesting a service from our services and delaying the deposition of the due amount, the price bid is considered cancelled after a week of its date and new bid is offered with new prices.
- The prices on the website are fixed and cannot be reduced unless in case of special offers.
- Payed or deposited amounts in the company’s accounts for the services can be refunded only in case of our failure to comply with the terms of the contract.
- In case the client wishes to cancel the contract after starting the actual execution of the service, the amount paid of the value of the deal cannot be refunded.
- Delay in the payment of agreed payments will subject the client to a fine or cancellation of the contract without refunding the amount paid previously.
- In case of violation of the terms mentioned in the contract, the company may impose a fine to return the service. The company estimates the fine and is entitled to determine the price without including it in the terms.
- Any amounts paid for the servers and hosting services are not refunded.
- The requested services or its support is provided only to the applicant whose information is registered in our company.
- The company has the right to change any item in the terms of this page at the time it deems appropriate and the client must follow the terms even if he didn’t receive a notification.
- Direct conversation is used only for sales and inquiries. The client doesn’t have the right to request technical support through direct conversation. Technical support can be requested only through (contact way).
- The information registered in our website is considered as an Identity. In case you lost all the information of your account such as the mobile number or the e-mail, we will request a copy of your ID. In case the information of your membership was different from the information in your ID, we will not hand you the membership. So, be sure to write all the information correctly.
Terms and agreement of the programming and designing services:
- Make sure to write all the information correctly as the information registered in our website is considered as an Identity. In case you lost all the information of your account such as the mobile number or the e-mail, we will request a copy of your ID. In case the information of your membership was different from the information in your ID, we will not hand you the membership.
- You can use direct conversation only for sales and inquiries. The client doesn’t have the right to request technical support through direct conversation. Technical support is provided only through a contact way or a technical support ticket.
- Commitment of paying the assessed payments. In case of delay of payment, a fine of 5% of the value of the contract is imposed.
- When a package of services is contracted and a month passes, the client cannot retrieve the rest of the package value.
- The Company reserves its right to suspend any services due to the delay in the payment of the renewal dues, and we are not responsible for any damages or loss of data as a result of this.
- Domains: Any domains booked and registered are not subject to cancellation, change or refund of its value after the activation process. Any value of the domains will be deducted from the amount paid in case of a refund request.
- After the expiry of the period agreed upon in the contract, an e-mail will be sent to the customer as a reminder of the expiry of the period 10 working days before completion.
- If the customer wishes to renew, he / she must pay the annual renewal fees for the hosting / domain name agreed upon in the contract.
- If the customer does not wish to renew the hosting / domain name, the company is committed to send all files on the hosting within one or two working days and will not be responsible for these files. It will be deleted from servers immediately upon delivery to the customer.
- In the event that the 10-day period has elapsed and the customer has not responded to the mail and no response has been received, the company considers that the customer does not wish to renew and has the right to delete all the files. The customer is not entitled to claim files or login information of hosting.
- The company is not responsible for the domain name after the end of the 10-day period, and the customer is not entitled to claim any information related to the domain name.
